First, TimAI is actually right about South African tax. General AI tools are trained on the whole internet, which means they could mix up SARS rules with American or British ones, invent section numbers, and quote tax law that was repealed years ago. TimAI is trained specifically on the South African Income Tax Act, official SARS documents, and over ten years of real TaxTim cases.
