Wrong IRP5 submitted by employer

My employer submitted wrong IRP5. What do I do?

You need to get your employer to submit the corrected IRP5 first before filing your tax return with SARS. Otherwise if you submit a correct copy and it differs to what SARS has on record, SARS will query it.
