Would casual staff have to pay tax

If I am employed full time and the company needs casuals helpers outside of working hours (after hours) and I volunteer would the company have to pay me out of pay roll or would they pay me casual wages and would I have to pay tax for casual wages

You would have to pay tax on the additional income earned which would be added to your normal income.
