Will I need to complete a tax return this year?

I have just started work for the first time on the 1st of August 2012. Do I need to still do a tax return for this year?

The current tax filing season is for the 2012 tax year. So that ran from 1 March 2011 to 29 February 2012. You will only need to complete a tax return this time next year for the 2013 tax season.
