Will I get the tax from the previous company

I resigned from a company called Ogatin in 2009 and never claimed any tax while working for it, now I'm working for another company which I started last year in May. My question is when I claim tax from SARS this year will I get money from the previous company as well if they owe me?

No you will not, you would need to file a tax return for the 2010 tax year in order to claim any refund if there is something owing to you.
