Will I get my tax return?

A Statement of Account has been issued on SARS eFiling.
I received this text message but don't understand what it means, please help. Will I ever get money or not?

The statement is a summary of amount owed to you or you owe to SARS. Do you have access to eFiling?

I don't have access to eFiling because I lost my login details and I tried to get them back with no success so I was hoping TaxTim would help me.

You would need to call 0800 00 7277 to retrieve your login details, thereafter login and we can assist you further. Unfortunately only SARS can provide you the login details.
