Will I get my refund soon?

I send my tax consultant my documents for review which he has submitted. After a week or so I see there is an ITSA Statement of account. Does this mean that the audit has been done and that my refund is due soon?

No, you will need to receive a Letter of Completion before the audit is finalised which will detail the results of SARS verification. Verifications can take 21 days unfortunately!
