Why they can't give you all tax return if u applied

I want to know that is right time to submit IRP5 and I want to know about the money that was from pension fund for my previous companies can get also to my tax return for this year?
The right time is beginning July 2015 until end November 2015. Why do you feel you should receive your tax back from SARS? Did you receive a big payment from those pension funds already, are you wanting the tax back that you paid?
You only receive tax back when you have overpaid according to the law. A tax return is a form you fill in to give to SARS and a tax refund is when the taxes paid is greater than the taxes owing. It isn't something everyone gets each year.
