Why is my SARS refund delayed?

Hi Tim,

My route has changed from last year meaning the private and business km's. Have already submitted through eFiling 2 weeks ago. How long will it take for me to get a refund?

You need to wait until you have received a completion letter from SARS and after that you will receive your refund, it could be 3 weeks from filing date.
