Why is my refund taking so long?

I filed my tax return on the 15/07/2015 and I am due for a refund, would you know why I have not received my refund? Previous years it took 2 - 3 days. As per the statement of account there is nothing outstanding and I have not been selected for an audit.

You could call SARS on 0800 007 277 to follow up the reason for the delay. It may be that you have tax returns from prior years which are outstanding or that you need to update your banking details.
