Who qualifies for a tax refund from SARS?

Hi,who can claim for a tax return? I was working at the hotel for quite sometime but how do I know if I was registered and should claim or not

If you paid tax on your earnings, you should complete a Tax Return to work out if you have overpaid SARS for the year and may be due a refund.
