When will rebate money show on my statement?

I receieved my ITA34 notice on the 10/07/2015 and a statement from SARS on 16/07/2015. How long does it normally take to refund money showed to me on the statement?
Were you asked to submit supporting documents when you filed your tax return?
No documents were asked for
It should have been paid out by now, please call SARS and ask them what may be the issue. They are, this year, requesting taxpayers to submit outstanding tax returns from previous years so this could be the issue.
