When will my return be submitted?

I'm not sure what to do next? I have followed all the instructions on this site (I think) and also set up SARS "authorized with shared access", but my return still says "issued" not submitted.

According to our system you need to continue and submit via TaxTim - what screen are you on in the TT process?
