When to hear from SARS after ITSA

I have done my tax via eFiling and SARS requested extra documents which I did send. I then logged on again and saw an ITSA and since they have removed the ITSA and its quite from them. Should I be worried

When did you submit the documents? SARS have 21 working days to finalise their audit.

I have submitted on the 07/07/2015 and the documents on the 09/07/2015 and a few days after that when I logged on I saw the was a ITSA on my page and they have since removed it and nothing from them

The ITSA does not mean anything, you should have received a letter of completion from SARS with the result of your audit. Please call 0800 00 7277 to find out what the delay is.
