When does a company qualify for a refund from SARS?

If a company makes a loss does SARS refund them some of the expenses? Otherwise when does a company usually receive a refund from SARS?

No SARS will not refund any money, but will carry this loss forward to the next year to set off against future profits and thereby reduce tax.
