What should reflect on income received

On IRP5 what should reflect on INCOME RECEIVED is it Total amount received per year or Total Package. Thank you

It should reflect the gross amount (i.e before tax) that you have received for the year split between the different income categories eg. salary, bonus, travel allowance, etc
