What is the difference between 2010 and 2011 medical aid system in terms of how you would account it

The only change made between the 2012 and 2011 years of assessment with regards the Medical Aid system have been the deductions allowed for medical aid contributions increasing from R670 to R720 per month for the primary member and first dependent and for the rest of the dependents increasing from R410 to R440 per month.
