What does it mean when SARS say they issued a correspondence?

I received this message from SARS. SARS has issued correspondence for xxxxxx - xxxxxon SARS eFiling which requires your attention. To view this, kindly log into your eFiling profile.

You need to log onto eFiling and click on the Letters or SARS correspondence button under the Returns Tab on your eFiling profile.
