What does correspondence from SARS mean?

I have submitted my IRP5 through eFiling and got a message saying A Statement of Account has been issued on SARS eFiling. Than after 2 days I received another message saying SARS has issued correspondence in my name. I'm so confused please explain 2 me what does all this mean.

This means SARS has sent you a letter which you need to go have a look it. You can see this on your eFiling profile under the notifications - inbox.
