What do I Submit my ITR12 Income tax return?

In 2011, I finished at a company at the end of April 2011. I received an IRP5 and submitted this. In September of 2011 I started work at a new company and My 2012 IRP5 shows this as the date worked from. So For 2012 I only submitted 1 IRP5. Is this correct? or should I have submitted 2 IRP5's for 2011.

Which tax year are you trying to submit now?
For the 2012 tax year that is 1 March 2011 to 28 February 2012 you would have submitted two IRP5's, one from each employer.
For the 2013 tax year, which is the current filing year, you would only submit one IRP5.
For the 2012 tax year that is 1 March 2011 to 28 February 2012 you would have submitted two IRP5's, one from each employer.
For the 2013 tax year, which is the current filing year, you would only submit one IRP5.
