What do I fill in for "Fringe Benefit value" for company vehicle?

Hi, on page 6 of tax return - Employer-Provided Vehicle, what do I fill in for the "Fringe benefit value" of the vehicle? I tried the cost price of the vehicle, also the fringe benefit value (monthly) appearing on my payslip for the vehicle, incorrect value keeps popping up? In previous years, this was left blank.

You must put the amount from the IRP5 which is next to source code 3802/3816. That indicates your vehicle fringe benefit.
