Do you work under the guidance and supervision of the employer?

I work on my own, I have to send photos of the stock and will see the owner of the company once a week.
I can contact them at anytime for info or if I need help.
I am not employed directly by them and get paid for the service I provide.

They have not provided me with anything.
They are not paying my tax. I have to pay the tax.
I am responsible for the tax.
Do I apply for provisional tax or a tax directive etc???

You would register as a provisional taxpayer then. A tax directive is an instruction to an employer to only deduct a specific amount of tax based on a percentage. Since no tax is deducted then there is no need to apply for one.
