We are elderly people - not familiar with new things - can you help?

By Marc Sevitz · Updated

I am too old to learn new things - I had a bookeeper lady - she has become too expensive. She does not show us what to do, just did it for us. We need to get help in a simple old fashioned manner = that is what we are looking for. I am a provisional taxpayer - a little closer to 70 years old - so don't hit me with hi tech answers. I do not understand the tax jargon.

Don't worry, doing your taxes on your own using TaxTim is as simple as having a conversation. Our service will ask you simple, plain language questions (no tax jargon) one at a time and then fill out your return for you. We have regularly been rated 10/10 for ease of use by people over 60. If you are comfortable using a computer and have all your documents ready, you should be able to do your returns quickly and easily using our service. Do let me know if you need any help. Good luck!
