Voucher code not working

This is not a tax question - paid June 3 - received a voucher code - when I try and input the code 'Sorry that code is incorrect' comes up. Who do I contact to rectify this - who can I email with details?

This might occur if you mistake one of the letters for numbers or vice-versa. Perhaps try to copy and paste the code then try again. Be careful of the letter B looking like the number 8, or the number 5 looking like the letter S.

Actually I copied the voucher number - and double checked it - did it twice - didn't work. Also the voucher number seemed to be 1 digit longer than I could input.

That is odd. Vouchers have been working fine for other people all of today. I can only think that when you copy-pasted you also included a space character - one that you wouldn't easily have seen - and that this caused the system not to find your voucher.

Thanks think that must be the problem considering the last digit wouldn't go in - must have left a space at the beginning.
