Verifying banking details online?

I submitted all the forms on E-Filing and I'm due a tax return. It was submitted on the 7th of July '14. It states that it takes about 5 working days to assess, but still nothing. I haven't been selected for audit. When I phoned SARS they said I need to verify my banking details before they can pay the return. I've never received any notification that that was needed from me, until I phoned them.
Is it possible to do this online or do I have to go to a branch?

Unfortunately you need to go into a branch to do so and verify your banking details
