VAT103 Certificate

Does the VAT 103 certificate still exist? I registered for VAT on 01/12/2015 but I did not get an actual certificate I just got a letter? I wanted to apply as a vendor and they are requesting a VAT certificate?

 

A: Normally SARS would issue a VAT103 form to confirm the VAT registration was successful however SARS now issues a VAT Notice of Registration.

Follow these steps and you'll be able to view and print this notice.

• Logon to sars.gov.za
• Go to the Organisations main menu
• Click SARS Registered details on the side menu
• Select Notice of Registration
• Select VAT
