Two medical aid in one assessment year, how do I treat this?

How do I go about completing my eFiling if I have moved jobs and now am forced to be on the company's new medical aid, resulting in a change of medical aid as well?

If the company pays for both medical aids or they are taken out of your salary then it will be completed on your IRP5 and SARS will know about this already and take it into account. Is this the case?
