They said amount to you is R0.00. What is the 1st payment and 2nd payment for?

I have submitted my IRP5 in my tax return to SARS. I received this message:

Amount R0. 00 due to you. Date of payment: 1st date 2015-10-01 and 2nd 2015-10-31.

What does it mean?

This means you are not due a refund nor do you owe money to SARS.
