The company I worked for retired me at the end of October 2013. Can I get an IRP5 form from them now

The company I worked for retired me at the end of October 2013. Can I get an RIP5 form from them now. instead of having to wait until March 2014

You can yes, but it will not be of any use for you as nothing will have been lodged with SARS yet untill May/June 2014.

Thanks for the reply. I understand that it will not be of any use to me until the 2014 Tax year. I just want a copy of the form now. Then I don't have to have any contact with the company any more.

They most likely will not issue you any form as the they wouldn't have released it yet. Unfortunately you will have to wait until later on this year.
