Tax return but not in country currently

I want to submit my SA SARS tax return but I need to change my bank account. However I am not currently in South Africa. What can I do?

You can change the bank details on your eFiling by doing it online. However SARS may require you to go into a branch to verify this. When do you get back to SA?

I'll only be back in about four months.

I don't have my South African bank account open anymore.
Is it possible to put my Mom's bank account details on the return ?

Unfortunately not, you have to put your own account. You will have to wait until you return to SA as SARS will want you to prove your foreign account in person if you have one. However you can file your tax return in the meantime.
