Tax claims allowed for independent contractor - cellphone, banking fees, internet, fuel?

Can I claim the following as an Independant Contractor:
Cellphone Usage?
Banking Fees?
Internet Bills?
Fuel Costs?

Yes you can claim all these costs, but they must only be work related and not your personal expenses. So you would have to apportion the costs between personal and business use.
