Tax claim at SARS wen unemployed and have a IRP5 from 2012?

How can I make a Tax claim at SARS wen I am unemployed and I do have a IRP5 forms as taxpayer can I do it online?

You would need to register for SARS eFiling and submit your 2012 return through SARS and see if you are due a refund.
