Supporting documents for eFiling registration.

I am battling get to get my eFiling working, registration is pending as I need to submit supporting documents.
I have no idea what these are, do you have any idea on what these may be?

Have they asked you to submit supporting documents online? Did you receive a letter, all the details should be there. Otherwise submit your ID, Bank Confirmation Letter and Proof of address.

Thank you for your response, no I have not received a letter from them.

Click on the "user" tab on eFiling and if there is a pending button click it. If there is "waiting for documents" or similar click that, upload your ID, proof of address and Bank Confirmation Letter. Otherwise please call 0800 00 7277 to check.
