Submitted tax return but forgot medical certificate - can I change it?

Hi Tim..
I have submitted my RIP 5 last week but received my medical certificate yesterday by email from Discovery Health. My question is... do I have a chance to submit the certificate too..? If so, what do I need to do or follow? Please help.

Yes, you can go back to the income tax working page on eFiling and under the return (ITR12) you can click, "request correction" this will allow you to redo and submit your return with the new medical certificate information.
