STILL waiting for registration verfication

I'm still waiting for SARS to verify my registration. It's been a week and it still has not been verified. And once I close the notification for my ITR12 it says awaiting document upload?

Click on the "user" tab on eFiling - do you see a "pending registration" line - if so, click it and upload whatever SARS is requesting.

Thanks!! I found the problem, only now when I try to open the letter saying what documents they need it loads a blank document?

Try in Internet Explorer and see if you can read the letter?
