Statement of Assets and Liablities for small freelance income.

I earned R13 200 doing some freelance web development in my free time. Do I need to fill out a statement of Assets and Liablities if the freelancing amount is so small? When I fill in my tax return, this section is highlighted in red.

No you do not, you should be able to submit the return without this section needing to be completed.
