Statement of accounts

Hallo,

I submitted my tax returns to SARS. They asked for supporting documentation. I sent that to them and received a statement of account with a negative value. Does this mean they have accepted the documents and that they will refund me?

The statement of account only indicates the result of your assessment, you need to wait for the completion letter with the results of your audit verification before you will be paid out your refund.
