Source 3920 on ITR12, but not on IRP5. Help!

Source code 3920 with an amount of 100 is reflected on my IT12 but not on the IRP5 that I received. Must I leave this source code on the IT12 on efilling or should it be removed?

This amount is for a lump sum benefit. Did you receive a lump sum benefit from a fund? It might be reflected on your ITR12 on a different page, separate to your IRP5 information.
