SMS to verify acc nr

I submitted IRP5 and I got sms to verify my account number. I didn't get any email from SARS and there was no letter in my efiling. I only got sms. What must I do?
What did the sms say?
It says "Dear Taxpayer, verify your banking details for tax ref no. ***** at a SARS branch. Visit www.sars.gov.za/call 08000007277 for info on supporting docs

But I didn't change my bank details :-(
SARS are being incredibly difficult at the moment and we are seeing this happen more and more, unfortunately there is nothing that can be done without going into verify, I wish we had better news.
