Should documents be uploaded to review or audit options

I have been selected for Audit/Verification and need to upload documents. There are to options to upload docs on my dashboard - one says documents to review the other documents for Audit. Do I upload documents to both or just the review option.
You need to upload to both of those so SARS is satisfied - you can upload the same documents to each block.

What is the process after submitting the supporting Documents? Do I get a response from SARS. The reason for asking is that when I submitted the Audit docs the system glitched for about 10 mins and did not want to go to the dashboard. I then had to close the page en login again. The data is showing as submitted but I am not sure if it went through.

If it says submitted then this means it has gone through normally. You should receive a completion letter from SARS within the next 21 working days - hopefully sooner with the results of the audit.
