Yes. And I have submitted my documents IRP5 and Logbook.

If you have already received your refund due then you don't need to worry anymore, if you are still waiting then all it means is the documents which you have submitted have been sent to those SARS employees who will perform the audit. Regardless of which it is you would have received an ITA34 and ITSA anyway, these are just details of the assessments and a summary of your tax affairs.
