SARS need IRP5 which I never received what must I do?

I submitted my IRP5 for 2014 and received a sms showing that SARS owed me a refund but now they need another IRP5 which I don't have what must I do?

You need to call your employer and ask them to give you another copy of your IRP5 to submit to SARS.
