Retirement Annuity and Pension Fund claims on the ITR12 tax return?

I know you claim the RA under the deductions on the ITR, but can you claim the premiums paid toward a pension fund as well and if you can where?

Yes the total contribution shows on the IRP5 as a deduction

That is fine then, the employer has already taken it into account when working out your PAYE paid over each month and you don't need to do anything further for the Pension fund contribution.
