Reimbursed tuition fee?

My employer reimburses my tuition fee if I passed all subjects. I am studying a PGDA and I am a trainee. Is the reimbursed tuition taxable?

Has the employer entered into a s12H learnership allowance with you?

The learnership allowance is a deduction in the hands of the employer, but not a taxable benefit to the employee.
