Registration of tuckshop and which bank details to use?

Me and my partner have a tuck shop we want to register our business he doesn't have a bank account but I do can we use my account for the business?

You can, but it would be best to set up a new account just for the tuck shop so that all incomes and expenses are separated for accounting and tax purposes.
