Registered to e-filling but account is not being found

I just received an email saying that I am not registered to SARS e-filling. I registered at the beginning of May and have the confirmation emails. Do you have any recommendations on how to go about this. Anything to avoid going to the SARS office! :(
Did you receive a SARS login name and did you set a password?
I did receive all of that.
I have an email from SARS confirming my login name and password.
That being said when I tried to login yesterday it wouldn't give me access! :s

You will need to call SARS Helpdesk to find out the reason for the login problem. The number is 0800 007 277. Be prepared to give them your tax reference number, ID and contact details. Good luck!
