Refund of 2010-11 not recieved from SARS, what should I do?

I have paid my full tax to SARS but the acknowledgement submitted by me manually on 1 August 2011, so till now refund hasn't been paid to me, so what I have to do.

You may have other outstanding returns or you need to update your banking details with SARS. Call 0800 00 7277 in order to find out what the delay is.
