Refund has not been processed and I do not know why

I submitted my tax return on 26 July 2015. The last status date is 19 August and the status is assessed. I am due a refund but I am not sure what the delay is? It does not appear as though I have been chosen for an audit. Please help!! I have had no luck getting through to SARS. Thank you

It may be that you have prior Tax Returns outstanding or need to update your bank details with SARS (although should have received a letter if this is the case).
