My IRP5 does not reflect my provident fund value. Please advise if the new ruling is that no tax on provident funds be deducted by employer. Year/2014/2015. I have a huge amount to now settle SARS

This is correct, provident fund deductions will kick in for the next tax year beginning 1 March 2016.
