PAYE Deduction?

As a salaried employee, I have been paying my own Retirement Annuity Fund, now the Company reimburses me, backdating it for 24 months, would there be any PAYE deductions on this?

They would have to deduct the PAYE on the amount as effectively you have "'earned"' the money and need to pay tax on this. Have you been deducting this RA each year?
